Kashi® GOLEAN® Chicken Recipe
This chicken recipe is easy to make but sure to impress. You can even put your own spin on this meal by choosing your favorite vegetable to include.
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can reduced-fat all-natural cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup organic low-fat milk
- 1 cup Kashi® GOLEAN® cereal
- 8 ounces diced cooked fresh free-range chicken
- ¼ cup grated low-fat organic parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of any of the following cooked and diced organic vegetables broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, zucchini, Napa cabbage
- 1 (4 oz.) can of mushroom buttons
1. Heat soup and milk in skillet. Add cereal, chicken, parmesan cheese, vegetables, and mushrooms. Heat, mix, and serve.
