- 1 cup frozen, cut-up organic papaya or frozen, cut-up organic mango
- 2 organic bananas, if desired cut-up bananas and freeze
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Kashi®7 Whole Grain Cereals Honey Puffs
1. Blend Kashi® 7 Whole Grain Cereals Honey Puffs cereal in a blender container until mixture resembles flour. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add cold water, if necessary, to reach desired consistency. Serve immediately.
