Let the tropics in! This creamy treat is just right for breakfast, snack, or anything in between. With Kashi® 7 Whole Grain Puffs cereal, bananas, honey, and vanilla.


  • 1 cup frozen, cut-up organic papaya or frozen, cut-up organic mango
  • 2 organic bananas, if desired cut-up bananas and freeze
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 cup Kashi® 7 Whole Grain Cereals Honey Puffs


1. Blend Kashi® 7 Whole Grain Cereals Honey Puffs cereal in a blender container until mixture resembles flour. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add cold water, if necessary, to reach desired consistency. Serve immediately.
