GOLEAN™ Vanilla Chai Banana Shake Recipe

Servings: 1 Shake

With cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cardamom, this smoothie is sure to spice up your life — or at least help fuel your next adventure. Try with your favorite alternative milk


  • 1 cup cashew milk (or other plant milk of choice)
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Vinyasa Kashi™ GOLEAN™ Plant Powered Shake
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
  • Sprinkle of ground cardamom


Place all ingredients into your blender in order above and blend 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
