How do you make sure your suppliers' practices are ethical and good for the environment?
We’re fortunate growing grains is a more efficient use of land and water than, say, a meat-based alternative. But there’s always room for improvement so we work with our suppliers to help ensure a more sustainable environment – asking them to follow ethical practices that help protect the environment. You can learn more about our Global Supplier Code of Conduct, which requires compliance in areas that include labor standards, management practices, sustainability, diversity and more.

We’re also honored that all this work has helped us be recognized six times since 2007 as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute, an independent research center that promotes best practices in corporate ethics and governance.
