Why are you removing gluten from cereals, isn’t it a protein?

You’re absolutely right! Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley and rye which contributes to both the function of the grain in food and to its nutritional profile. Some of our foods are naturally free of gluten; we’ve recently developed a few new recipes to meet the needs of those that avoid gluten, including those who have Celiac disease and those who prefer to follow a gluten free diet.
